traceyI have worked in health and social care for 16 years and has experience varied from nursing homes caring for the elderly with dementia to adults with challenging behaviours and autism.
I have worked with adults in independent living supporting people in their own home and shared homes with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.

I have worked for an agency as a personal assistant for adults with learning disabilities to support them in everyday life, college, social and education needs and holidays.

I also have 4 years experience in day service setting from Alderbrook Day Centre supporting a varied mix of learning disabilities and autism.
I have worked for the NHS as bank staff and has hospital nursing experience as a supporting care support worker on medical wards, out patients and the psychiatric secure units. In 2010 I developed and now manage a weekend social club for adults with learning disabilities run every Saturday and is highly successful and has an excellent reputation to all its users and is a massive contribution to normalisation in a community based setting bright choice.

I am qualified  level5 diploma in management in adults and children’s services in health and social care.

I love the work I do and the people who I provide care for, my love is learning disabilities and supporting people.

I enjoy a laugh and had a great sense of humour and see the best in everyone.

I enjoy travelling and holidays, concerts, gigs, music, swimming, walking my crazy dog Codey and socialising with friends and family and dote on my beautiful nieces and nephews and my beautiful Baby boy.
